Refund Policy
EndpointGuard provides digital website services, website updates, downloadable resources, and practical security-focused deliverables. Refunds are handled based on service status, project progress, and the agreed scope.
Before work begins
If you cancel before work has started, you may request a full refund.
After work has started
If work has started but the service is not yet delivered, a partial refund may be considered based on completed work, project progress, and time already spent.
After delivery
Once a service, website update, report, or digital deliverable has been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available. If something is materially missing from the agreed scope, EndpointGuard will work to correct it.
How to request a refund
Email josh@endpointwinguard.com with your name, service purchased, project status, and a short description of the issue.
