Refund Policy

EndpointWinGuard provides digital services and documentation-based security assessments. Because services involve time and deliverables, refunds are handled based on service status and circumstances.

Before work begins

If you cancel before work has started, you may request a full refund.

After work has started

If work has started but the service is not yet delivered, a partial refund may be considered based on progress.

After delivery

Once a service or digital deliverable has been completed and delivered, refunds are generally not available. If there is an error in the deliverable or something materially missing from the agreed scope, EndpointWinGuard will work to correct it.
